The most advanced, environment-friendly and rapid solution to solve the problem of leaking pipes installed in civil and industrial buildings with diamenters from 40mm to 300mm.

The IN•TEC No-Dig pipes relining system guarantees the full functional recovery of existing pipes because it can be applied to the total or partial length of the old pipes by relining their inner walls in compliance with the requirements and the methodology detected through the diagnostic video inspection.
The relining is carried out by extruding into the pipes, with pneumatic push, a liner made of high-resistance 100% polyester tissue with specific flexibility for an easy adaptation to different pipe diameters, conformations and bends.
At the working site the flexible liner is impregnated with ambient curing epoxy resin and kept under air-pressure, for a perfect fitting with the host pipe, until the curing of the resin is completed. The epoxy resin used for liner impregnation guarantees high mechanical and physical performance and resistance to chemical aggressiveness.
The result of the relining operation will be an inner structural counter pipe without any joints and with a perfect hydraulic tightness and mechanical resistance.

The flexibility of the IN•TEC system allows, by use of specific equipment, to carry out very quickly the relining of joints, collars, branches, laterals, house connections, partliners, avoiding any type of masonry work.

"T" AND "Y"

Applied to line pipes and ducts with "T" and "Y" shapes. The application consists in using tailor-made liners manufactured c/o IN•TEC to fit the measurements detected with the diagnostic video injection. Specific application training is needed.

Applied to reline pipes and ducts in areas where the lateral pipe joins the main duct collector. The system consists in the application of an impregnated Hat Liner made of polyesther tissue which allows the sealing of the joining point of the two pipes.

Applied in the relining of pipes and ducts with only one access. The Open End application consists in joining a “cap” made of special calibration liner to the end side of the liner. When the curing of the epoxy resin is completed the cap is pulled away so that the relined pipe is immediately functional. Specific application training is needed.

In order to avoid invasive and expensive construction work, IN•TEC suggests the non-destructive cure of pipes that re-circulate and drain swimming pools. By way of its relining technique, in fact, IN•TEC ensures a quick restoration of the pipes, that allows the use of the system just a few hours from the end of the work, leaving all linings of pools and paving around them intact.
